Most days I live life and completely love what is around me. Then there are says when I wish I could catch one more show. What do you reach for when you want to cure that pang in your heart that misses Jerry and the other boys from the band that have fallen? YouTube seems to be a good source. Check out this Sugaree from '74. It will make you smile, smile, smile.

Land-o-Port is about to be Land-o-Frost. Snow expected on Sunday and Monday. The kids are jazzed about the prospect. Nothing like the storm that just hit the boys in the NorthEast, but it's a rare event when we get snow that sticks here.

Took the family to The Nutcracker at the Oregon Ballet Theater last night. Those dancers are some amazing atheletes. My daughter is in her first Nutcracker this weekend, dancing as one of the fairies. Should be fun.

Haven't seen the Egypt DVD, but I bet it is good. I have some grainy footage I got from a torrent a few years ago. I really need to organize all those discs.

Do yourself a favor and listen to TDIH 1980. First show after Lennon was shot. Vocals on He's Gone are tremendous. Heck, the whole second set is worth the trip. My pick would be the MOTB Glassberg AUD:

I hope all is well in Thailand. Have you seen this thread on Dead.net?

Are you coming back to Portland anytime soon? What are your plans for the holidays?

Hey wineland - my 4 daughters all do ballet and they just had their performance this past weekend. Had a real good turnout this year and the show was great - the've got kids from 5 years all the way up to 17 years.

Good luck with your daughters first performance, don't forget the roses!

You are a Saint! Thank you for the roses reminder, I wasn't even thinking of that. She will be thrilled. Glad to hear your girls enjoyed ballet too.

Snow sounds awesome, stoked for the kids.

DL the show now, it is sweet, thanks for the reminder.

Interesting link there on dead.net.

My friend is coming here from San Diego next week, we're just gonna hang out, will go to India at the end of Jan.

Will be in Portland in June. Red Rocks again.

Peace!
